There is no ideal bodyweight. While some body fat is essential to sustain life, it is generally thought that a healthy bodyfat percentage for males is 8-20% and for females is 13-25%.

A light carbohydrate snack is usually best. Fruits are great options. The most essential substance is water before a workout since you will most likely lose quite a bit in perspiration during your workout.

The best diet for fat loss is one that helps you stay in a caloric deficit; adherence to consistent healthy eating is paramount. 

On average, you should be engaging in physical activity lasting 30-60 minutes, 3-5 times per week. However, feel free to do more if your body is recovering!
